1. What Difficulties Were You Trying to Solve?
I've been overweight for almost all of life, and I've always found it very difficult to build and maintain solid habits. Especially when it comes to food. I finally decided to tackle this problem. I've tried many times before so I knew I had to look for alternative solutions to just doing it myself.

2. How Were The Difficulties Affecting You?
Being overweight all my life affects all areas. Every time I looked in the mirror I was disappointed in myself, and I'm sure people who saw me out in the real world would have a similar initial judgment. It makes it harder to sleep, harder to walk, and in general lowers the quality of life quite a lot.

3. Why Did You Choose My Coaching Programme?
Having met Michael at a mastermind retreat I was impressed with this practical and theoretical knowledge, and the fact that he's gone through similar challenges himself and overcome them.
